4. Our high-end folding container houses

In our factory, in order to meet the product requirements of different customers, we not only produce standard folding houses, but also high-end folding houses. The high-end folding houses we produce are certified by the US government, and our high-end folding houses cater to many customers who pursue product quality.

Compared with standard folding container houses, here are the advantages of our high-end folding houses:

B. Compared with high-end folding houses, standard folding houses have weaker customization capabilities. Most of our customers choose high-end folding houses for customization. The customized products have stronger stability, structure and thermal insulation than standard folding houses

C. Compared with standard folding houses, high-end folding houses use thicker materials. The thickness of the standard folding frame is 1.1mm, and the thickness of the high-end folding house frame is 1.5mm. The thickness of the iron sheets on both sides of the standard folding house board is 0.18mm, and the thickness of the iron sheets on both sides of the high-end folding house is 0.25mm. Therefore, the stability, durability, and thermal insulation of the high-end folding house product structure are better than those of standard folding houses.

G. The sealing parts of standard folding houses are all sealed with glue to prevent rain leakage, but they will age over time and cannot fundamentally solve the problem of water leakage. Our high-end folding houses are designed with concave and convex card slots at the folding part. The profiles are waterproof and do not need to be glued. No matter when they are used, they will always isolate wind, sand and rain outside the concave and convex card slots, that is, outside the board house body, and will not penetrate into our board house. The hinges at the folding part are 304 stainless steel axial hinges, and their service life is longer than other board houses on the market.
